Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you request a demo or create an account, including your name, email address, and company information.

When you request a demo, we also record the request itself so we can measure which campaigns bring people to Optimus. That record stores a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address rather than the address itself, along with the campaign parameters in the link you followed and the domain of your email address.

We ask for your choice about cookies before setting any that are not required to run the site, both on this website and on the sign-up page of our application. Your choice is stored for 180 days and applies to both.

If you accept, we set:

• Product analytics (PostHog). A first-party identifier that lets us see how people find Optimus and how the sign-up process performs. We record specific events such as starting and completing a sign-up. We do not record general browsing behaviour, page-by-page activity, or screen contents. Once you create an account we associate these events with an internal account identifier, and store your email address as a profile property so we can support you.
• Campaign attribution. A first-party cookie holding the campaign parameters of the link you followed, plus an anonymous identifier. The anonymous identifier is created only after you accept, and both expire after 90 days.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag. A third-party advertising script provided by LinkedIn, used to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising. This is the only third-party advertising technology we load, and it does not load unless you accept.

If you decline, none of the above is set. We still count sign-ups in aggregate, without storing an identifier on your device and without connecting those counts to you as an individual. Declining does not affect your ability to request a demo, create an account, or use Optimus.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the button below. Withdrawing switches off analytics and advertising cookies on this browser and removes the identifier associated with them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate Optimus, under contracts that limit them to processing it on our behalf. These include PostHog (product analytics), Stripe (payments), and our email and infrastructure providers.

Advertising measurement. Where you have accepted advertising cookies, we report completed sign-ups to LinkedIn so we can see which advertising leads to real accounts. That report contains a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address and, where present, the LinkedIn click identifier from the advert you followed. We do not send LinkedIn your email address itself, your name, or your company details.

If you are a California resident, this reporting may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out of it by declining cookies, or by withdrawing consent below.

If you choose to connect Gmail, Optimus accesses Gmail only to send CRM email through your connected mailbox and to identify replies to active Optimus sequences. Optimus requests only the Gmail send and read-only permissions for this integration.

Optimus reads a bounded window of messages in the connected mailbox to determine whether a message is a reply to active Optimus outreach. It inspects message headers and body content transiently, retains only messages deterministically matched to an active sequence as CRM activity, and pauses the related sequence for a human. Optimus does not retain unrelated Gmail messages and does not modify Gmail messages, labels, drafts, filters, settings, or mailbox state.

Optimus's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, send Gmail data to an AI provider, or use Google Workspace data to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.

We protect Google user data with HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens and connected-account credentials, role-based access controls, organization-level data isolation, production access restrictions, logging and monitoring, and least-privilege operational practices. You can disconnect Gmail from Optimus or revoke Optimus access from your Google account settings. Disconnecting stops future Gmail API access; existing matched CRM activity is retained only as needed to provide the CRM record and meet legal, security, and contractual obligations. Optimus Technology Inc. ("Optimus") may send SMS messages to customers and authorized users who provide prior consent to receive text messages from Optimus. SMS messages may include account onboarding, account notifications, customer support responses, shipment and operational updates, product or service updates, and responses from the Optimus assistant, Jared, when a user requests information from their Optimus account.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@getoptimus.ai.

Optimus may include business contact information, including names, company details, email addresses, and phone numbers, in SMS responses when that information is requested by an authorized user and is available within that user's Optimus account or services. For example, Jared may send a customer-requested contact phone number for a shipper, carrier, broker, or logistics contact stored or surfaced in the customer's Optimus account.

Mobile information collected for SMS messaging purposes, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers and subprocessors, such as Twilio, solely as necessary to deliver, operate, and support the SMS messaging service.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies. Contact us at support@getoptimus.ai to exercise these rights, or use the button below to withdraw consent immediately.

Demo-request records are kept as an append-only history so our measurement stays accurate, and they are deleted on request through a controlled process rather than edited in place. Because those records identify you only by a hash of your email address, we need the email address you used in order to find and remove them.
