Join Optimus as a Business Development Representative and become the driving force behind our growth engine. In this Austin-based role, you will champion our outbound strategy, using high-volume, phone-based outreach to uncover new opportunities. This is a launchpad for your sales career. You’ll thrive in our collaborative Austin office (full time in office), working alongside a high-energy team dedicated to transforming the logistics industry.

What You'll Do

Your Daily Impact

  • • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns.
  • • Identify and qualify high-potential leads to fill the pipelines of our Account Executives.
  • • Collaborate with marketing to drive targeted outreach initiatives.
  • • Refine your craft by mastering conversation flows, objection handling, and value propositions.
  • • Track your metrics, embrace coaching, and continuously elevate your performance.

Qualifications

  • • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound sales or similar fast-paced environment.
  • • Demonstrated history of top performance and consistently exceeding targets.
  • • Strong command of sales techniques and a natural ability to handle objections on the fly.
  • • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • • Tech-savvy and adaptable, able to quickly master new tools and workflows.
  • • Highly coachable and eager to implement feedback to accelerate growth.
  • • Based in Austin, TX and available to work in-office full time.
